Privacy Policy

We collect account, purchase, usage, AI conversation, consultation, analytics, and support data needed to operate the platform. Users may request data access or deletion where applicable. Payments for the Opportunity Map are securely processed by SumUp.

Italy Access OS stores uploaded forms, generated documents, project answers, people and company profiles, approval records, integration status and audit events. Project files are private; reusable personal data and integration credentials are encrypted at application level. A user may view, export and delete project data, subject to separate minimum billing or legal records.

Document processing may use Supabase, Azure Document Intelligence, OpenAI, Vercel Workflow and, when explicitly connected, Stripe, Google Gmail and InfoCert. OpenAI requests use store:false and temporary OpenAI files are deleted after processing. API data is not used for model training by default; unless the account has approved Zero Data Retention, provider abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days.

Gmail access is limited to compose permission and is used only to create drafts; Italy Vault has no Gmail send operation. Portal-extension tokens are short-lived and scoped to one project and one submission.

AI questions and answers may be reviewed by admins to improve content, but no AI-generated content is published automatically. Expert reviewers receive a locked project snapshot for the assigned review only, with audited access that expires when work ends and no later than 30 days.
